SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with NOREN Ritual. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time
Orders are carefully hand-packed in Japan. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before shipment. For pre-order items, please refer to the specific shipping date indicated on the product page.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States. All orders are shipped from Japan.

Shipping Methods and Transit Times
Orders are shipped via international courier services (DHL, FedEx, or equivalent). Estimated transit time after dispatch: 5-10 business days to the United States.

Please note that transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order contents. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders as indicated on the product page.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please contact your local customs office for information on applicable charges.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@norenritual.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.

Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at hello@norenritual.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered the shipping process.
